The Berkhamsted Walk

How to get here

Getting to Berkhamsted is easy from near and far.

Berkhamsted station is on the main line with quick access from Milton Keynes or Euston and is 10 minutes walk from the Court House.

By road Berkhamsted can be reached on the A41 from junction 20 on the M25 or from junction 8 on the M1, through Hemel Hempstead, via the A414 and A4125.

The Bluebell Walk (12 miles) and Challenge Walk (18 miles) routes start from the Court House (HP4 2AX), next to St Peter's Church on the High Street in the centre of Berkhamsted. This is the church with the tower. Within 100 yards you'll find cafes for breakfast and a Tesco if you need to buy a packed lunch.

The Fun Walk (6 miles) starts and finishes from our gazebo area in front of Ashridge Hult (HP4 1NS) in the middle of the Ashridge National Trust Estate where there is free parking.
